We appreciate that a lot more goes into your development or build than just the bricks and mortar. That’s why we’ve expanded our services to include ecological, tree and landscaping services.
Minimise the number of contractors you take on and work with us here at Invasive Weed Management.
Contact one of our team to talk about your next project. It couldn’t be easier.
Make starting your next project as easy as possible.
Whether it’s clearing vegetation, providing surveys and reports or even landscaping your garden, your plot will always be in safe hands.
Protecting biodiversity is important to us. That’s why we provide a range of ecological services on top of our weed removal and treatments.
We’ll support you with any planning applications you submit by providing the relevant documentation regarding any plant and wildlife on the plot.
Forming the basis of any other ecological surveys you have taken out, we’ll carry out your phase 1 habitat survey of your plot and account for all the flora and fauna present before you put in any planning applications.
It’s important that your local authority is aware of the wildlife in the area you intend to build on.
We’ll provide you with a plan to either maintain or even increase the biodiversity in any given habitat.
If you’re planning to build anywhere that has protected species living in it, you’ll usually need an ecological mitigation scheme. Under our schemes, we’ll set out ways to minimise the ecological impact of any proposal you get from other contractors involved in your project.
We have the ability to carry out your EIA to outline any impact a development could have. You’ll then be able to submit this to the relevant local authority.
You should consider taking out an EIA during any planning permission applications.
We’re passionate about keeping contractors as safe as possible while they’re on the job. As part of this commitment to education, we provide toolbox talks and training.
